从techgurls.blorc.com看到两个可以帮助你专心工作的免费软件：

如果你做事的时候管不住自己，可以借助它来帮你阻止运行诸如浏览器、扫雷、接龙之类的程序。还可以设置阻止的时间。

一个定时截屏工具。比如说，可以设置成每五小时截屏一次，回头就可以反省一下一天都干了些什么。当然，截下来的图可不要落在老板手里。

gnome是有命令行截屏命令的，做一个cron job应该就可以模拟timesnapper
