- 调用各种感官。将所学的东西尽量多的和各种感官联系起来，越形象，效果越好。
- 类比。将你新学的东西和你熟悉的内容类比，举一反三。
- 十岁原则。如果你能将学到的东西解释给一个十岁的孩子，让他听懂，你一定是学会了。
- 广泛联系。合上书本，随机选取一个事例，然后和你学到的概念联系起来，再联系更多的概念，越多越好。
- 复习。快速扫描书本内容，如果发现自己不是百分之百理解的内容，赶快使用感官法和类比法。
- 信息压缩。将书越读越薄。
- 找一张纸，将你学到的东西写下来。

玩鸟，这个提高学习效率的方法实在不适合我。俺学的东西说死了十岁小孩也不可能懂，别说十岁，即便他二十五岁，不是学我这个专业的，也不可能给说懂咯~
还是具体问题具体分析，有些的确不能给十岁孩子说明白了，比如傅立叶分析，李群，量子论，分析化学，神经网络，纯粹理性批评等。。。。
